Registration on the PLULTIMA platform constitutes the participant's acceptance of these Terms and Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and any other applicable policies published on the website.

PLULTIMA reserves the right to amend, modify, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any amendments become effective immediately upon publication on the official website unless otherwise stated.

Participants are encouraged to review these Terms periodically to remain informed of any updates.

Access to certain areas or services of the platform may require successful account registration and authentication.

All intellectual property rights, including but not limited to the website design, trademarks, logos, text, graphics, software, documents, and other published materials, remain the exclusive property of PLULTIMA. PLULTIMA reserves the right to introduce new investment sectors, investment packages, investment durations, loan facilities, products, services, promotional programmes, or platform features as part of its ongoing business development.

PLULTIMA may make loan facilities available to eligible participants subject to applicable eligibility criteria, assessment procedures, verification requirements, loan terms, and other conditions established by the company.

Loan facilities may be subject to additional loan-specific agreements, disclosures, repayment obligations, eligibility requirements, and conditions, which shall apply in addition to these Terms and Conditions.

These Terms shall be governed by the applicable laws and regulations governing the operation of PLULTIMA.

Participants must be of legal age and possess the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements in their jurisdiction.

Participants agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during registration and throughout their relationship with PLULTIMA.

Each participant is permitted to maintain only one account unless expressly authorised by PLULTIMA. Multiple accounts created without approval may result in suspension or permanent closure.

Participants are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials and for all activities conducted through their accounts.

Participants agree not to engage in fraudulent, unlawful, abusive, deceptive, or unauthorised activities while using the PLULTIMA platform.

Participants acknowledge that investment capital is managed by PLULTIMA's investment professionals within the selected investment sector. Participants do not directly purchase, own, or manage individual investment assets through the platform.

Participants are responsible for selecting their preferred investment sector, investment package, and investment duration before confirming any investment.

Participants agree that all applicable company fees, including but not limited to insurance fees, withdrawal processing fees, administrative fees, activation fees, compliance fees, loan-related fees, and any other applicable service charges, are separate from investment capital and shall be paid independently where required. Such fees shall not be deducted from the participant's investment amount, any current return on investment (ROI), any ongoing investment, profits, earnings, investment proceeds, or approved loan amount, except where expressly permitted under the applicable terms of the relevant service or loan facility. Any fee waiver or exemption applicable to a participant shall be determined in accordance with the specific terms governing the relevant service.

Participants are responsible for ensuring sufficient funds are available to settle any applicable fees required in connection with their investment, loan, or account.

Participants who apply for a loan acknowledge that loan approval is subject to an eligibility assessment and that an eligibility determination does not constitute an unconditional guarantee of disbursement. Participants may be required to provide additional documentation, information, verification, or satisfy other applicable requirements before disbursement.

A participant who has been determined eligible for a loan shall indicate whether the approved loan amount will be used for an eligible investment with PLULTIMA or whether the participant intends to receive an outright withdrawal of the approved loan amount for purposes unrelated to investment with PLULTIMA.

Where a participant elects to use the approved loan amount for an eligible investment with PLULTIMA, applicable loan-related fees that would otherwise be payable prior to disbursement may be waived in accordance with the terms of the relevant loan facility and investment arrangement.

Where a participant elects to receive an outright withdrawal of the approved loan amount rather than use the funds for an eligible investment with PLULTIMA, the participant shall be responsible for settling all applicable fees, charges, and other requirements associated with the loan and its disbursement before the approved loan amount is released into the participant's PLULTIMA account.

All applicable fees and charges relating to an outright loan withdrawal shall be communicated to the participant before payment is required. Participants acknowledge that they are responsible for reviewing and understanding the applicable charges and loan terms before proceeding with the disbursement process.

Participants acknowledge that loan repayment obligations, applicable interest or charges, repayment schedules, default provisions, and other loan-specific requirements shall be governed by the applicable loan agreement and terms provided by PLULTIMA.

Participants agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations in their country of residence relating to the use of investment and financial services.

Participants have the right to contact PLULTIMA Support for clarification regarding investment procedures, account management, loan services, or any other services offered by the company.

Participants agree to resolve any dispute with PLULTIMA through good-faith communication and the official support channels provided by the company before pursuing any other available remedies.

PLULTIMA shall use reasonable efforts to maintain the availability and security of its investment platform, except during scheduled maintenance, emergency maintenance, technical interruptions, or circumstances beyond the company's reasonable control.

PLULTIMA is responsible for professionally managing investor capital in accordance with the selected investment sector, investment package, and applicable investment terms.

PLULTIMA shall implement appropriate administrative, technical, and security measures designed to safeguard participant information and maintain the integrity of the investment platform.

PLULTIMA reserves the right to request identity verification or additional documentation whenever necessary to comply with legal, regulatory, security, or operational requirements.

PLULTIMA reserves the right to conduct eligibility assessments, verification procedures, and other evaluations in connection with loan applications and may approve, decline, restrict, suspend, or modify a loan application or facility based on applicable eligibility criteria and requirements.

PLULTIMA reserves the right to establish loan limits, eligibility criteria, repayment terms, applicable fees, loan durations, documentation requirements, and other conditions applicable to its loan facilities.

PLULTIMA may require the completion of all applicable eligibility, verification, documentation, contractual, fee, and other requirements before disbursing an approved loan amount.

PLULTIMA reserves the right to withhold, delay, suspend, or cancel loan disbursement where applicable requirements remain outstanding, information provided by the participant is inaccurate or incomplete, verification cannot be satisfactorily completed, or circumstances arise that reasonably require further review.

PLULTIMA reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any loan product, loan programme, eligibility criteria, loan limits, repayment terms, applicable fees, or other conditions associated with its loan services where necessary for business, regulatory, operational, or risk-management purposes.

PLULTIMA reserves the right to refuse, suspend, restrict, or terminate any account found to be involved in fraudulent activity, multiple unauthorised registrations, attempted system abuse, money laundering, identity misrepresentation, cyberattacks, or any activity considered harmful to the company or its participants.

PLULTIMA reserves the right to modify investment packages, investment sectors, investment durations, referral programmes, representative programmes, payment methods, fee structures, loan facilities, operational procedures, and other aspects of its services where necessary for business, regulatory, or operational purposes.

PLULTIMA shall not be liable for delays or interruptions caused by third-party payment providers, financial institutions, communication networks, internet service providers, or other external systems outside the company's direct control.

PLULTIMA shall not be responsible for communication failures resulting from inaccurate contact information provided by a participant, including incorrect email addresses or other registration details.

Referral commissions shall only be paid in accordance with the official Referral Programme Terms and all applicable eligibility requirements.

Representative status is granted solely at the discretion of PLULTIMA. The company reserves the right to approve, suspend, revoke, or decline representative status where necessary to protect the interests of the company or maintain programme standards.

PLULTIMA reserves the right to investigate any suspected violation of these Terms and to take any action deemed appropriate, including suspension, account restriction, cancellation of transactions, or permanent account termination.

PLULTIMA remains committed to conducting its business with professionalism, integrity, transparency, and responsible investment management while continuously improving its services for the benefit of its participants.
